Additionally, we log the specific commercial real estate addresses and business types you query for feasibility reporting.

2. Data Retention and Caching

For single report users and to optimize system performance, queried coordinates and basic generated demographic results are temporarily cached in our secure database for up to 30 days. For active subscribers on the Expansion or Broker Pro tiers, search history and generated PDF reports are retained indefinitely in an unlimited cloud archive as long as the subscription remains active.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize carefully selected third-party services to deliver our core features. By using PrimePin, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by:

• Lemon Squeezy: Our merchant of record. PrimePin does not directly store your credit card information.
• Google API: Used for address autocomplete and geocoding.
• GeoEnrichment: Used to source accurate local demographic statistics.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process your transactions securely, and offer customer support via our internal Help Desk. We will never sell your email or search data to data brokers or third-party marketing firms.
